Building for the Next Generation
We are committed to our work in Duluth and the surrounding communities. McGough’s history in Duluth extends from our third generation’s Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel for the Benedictine Sisters of St. Scholastica Monastery in 1938 to our fifth generation’s science building project for the same owner.
More recently, McGough has performed work in a variety of verticals including healthcare, higher education, corporate, manufacturing and other markets. We are proud of the projects we have completed and the work underway for partners such as maurices, the College of St. Scholastica, University of Minnesota-Duluth, Cirrus Aircraft, Essentia Health, City of Hermantown, St. Louis County and Giant Voices. Currently, we are partnering with Essentia Health on the building of the Vision Northland hospital expansion.
We are honored to consistently hear that the McGough experience comes down to:
OUR REMARKABLE PEOPLE. McGough has a very seasoned project management and construction team with a strong track record of completing complex projects. Our team members truly live McGough’s strong company values in all they do.
OUR SUPERIOR PARTNERING CULTURE. We establish true partnerships with owners, design teams, project consultants, and subcontractors very early on in our projects.
OUR THOUGHT LEADERSHIP. McGough has an unsurpassed reputation for quality workmanship, thoughtful value engineering, innovative solutions, and utilization of industry-leading practices to deliver projects on time and on budget.
