These skillsets support McGough’s ability to build regional relationships, understand local market needs, and connect clients with the right technical and project resources.
Kevin Brune
Kevin Brune joins McGough as Technology and Life Sciences Business Development Manager in Dallas.
Kevin has more than 25 years of experience driving sales growth and managing strategic accounts in technical and healthcare markets. In his new role, he will focus on building client relationships and expanding McGough’s presence across advanced technology, life sciences and healthcare sectors throughout the region.
Monika Melendez
Based in Dallas, Monika Melendez joins McGough as Business Development Manager, supporting growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth market and surrounding Texas regions. She brings more than a decade of architecture, engineering, and construction industry experience and will focus on strengthening stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities in healthcare, higher education and municipal markets.
Monika also serves as Membership Co-Chair for the Association of Medical Facility Professionals North Texas, reflecting her continued involvement in the regional healthcare facilities community.
Kris Lukert
Kris Lukert joins McGough as Business Development Manager for West Texas. In this role, he will lead regional growth efforts by increasing awareness of McGough’s capabilities, cultivating client partnerships, and identifying new project opportunities.
Kris brings experience in construction materials, manufacturing and industrial sales, including leadership in rebar fabrication and supply. His understanding of the regional construction and industrial landscape will support McGough’s ability to serve clients throughout West Texas.
