McGough is pleased to announce the addition of Kellie Ford as Vice President, Client Engagement for the Southeast Region. The hiring of Ford, an accomplished industry and community leader, marks another significant step in McGough’s growth in the southeast.
In her new role, Ford will build strategic partner relationships, lead McGough’s community engagement, as well as work with clients on their built environment priorities.
“I’ve had the opportunity to get to know the McGough team, their expertise, values, and approach, and it’s clear they are an excellent fit for our region. McGough brings valuable expertise to clients in the Southeast, particularly with complex projects. I’m excited to help build on the strong foundation already in place,” said Ford.
McGough opened its southeast headquarters in Raleigh, NC, in April 2024. Led by Dave Rahe, Vice President and Southeast Region Leader, the office provides construction and real estate service leadership for a diverse mix of public, private and federal clients.

Ford, a graduate of Le Moyne College, is actively involved in the community and the commercial real estate industry. Her recent contributions include serving as a board member for the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, participating in the Raleigh Chamber’s Leadership Raleigh Alumni Advisory Committee and Site Assessment Program, and holding leadership roles with Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (past president and board member). Additionally, Ford is engaged with the American Heart Association’s Triangle Executives with Heart initiative.
