McGough is pleased to welcome Josh Bergstrom as Vice President of Field Operations. In this role, Josh will help strengthen field leadership development, best practices, execution readiness, and operational consistency across the company.
Josh brings more than 30 years of construction experience to McGough, with a career focused on leading projects and teams across a broad range of markets, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, industrial, cold storage, and warehouse construction.
A native of Grove City, Minnesota, Josh earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor, LEED Accredited Professional, and frequent speaker at industry conferences, universities, and professional events.
Josh’s leadership experience and commitment to developing people will support McGough’s continued focus on operational excellence, strong project delivery, and scalable growth.
