McGough partnered with Piper Sandler to build out its new corporate office space in the North Loop Green building in downtown Minneapolis, creating a high-end headquarters environment designed to support collaboration, client service, and employee connection.
The 110,000 SF, multi-floor tenant improvement included private offices, open workstations, conference rooms, executive areas, a trading floor and hospitality-inspired amenity spaces. An enclosed rooftop lounge with balconies overlooking downtown Minneapolis adds a distinctive gathering space and helps connect the workplace to its vibrant setting.
By anchoring a major corporate headquarters in downtown Minneapolis, the project reinforces continued investment in the North Loop and contributes to the energy of the surrounding district.
