McGough completed approximately 260,000 SF of interior office renovations across three Wells Fargo locations in Shoreview, Minnesota. Delivered through seven coordinated construction phases, the project included selective demolition and the renovation of open workspaces, private offices, conference rooms, break areas, and restrooms.
Because the facilities remained fully occupied throughout construction, careful planning and communication were essential. McGough worked closely with Wells Fargo to coordinate phased employee moves, maintain safe access to active work areas, and schedule disruptive activities after hours. This collaborative approach minimized interruptions to daily operations while allowing the renovation work to progress efficiently.
