Two additions totaling approx. 14,000 SF construction consisting of a Family Activity Center to the southwest corner of the facility that includes a simple west entry, storage room, gymnasium/multipurpose space, a new west entry to the daycare, associated site, and parking lot modifications. The second addition is a new Music Hub on the north side of the facility, including one rehearsal space, one music office, six classrooms, one music storage, and one mechanical room. Relocation of the exterior playground to the south side of the building. This project also included a demolition and remodel of approximately 11,000 SF of interior space, including a gathering fellowship space and a kitchen.
