Building for the Next Generation
The new Graduate Health Science Building on the campus of the College of St. Scholastica offers 45,000 SF of active learning laboratories, classrooms and clinic space. The additional space now allows for an expanded Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy program. Students utilize the community clinic space to learn, but also to serve patients who have little or no insurance. This three-story facility was constructed in conformance with the City of Duluth’s sustainability requirements.

McGough has been building, renovating, remodeling and expanding educational facilities for more than 60 years. We feel honored to have had the opportunity to construct many of the places – classrooms, science laboratories, libraries, student housing, and recreational and performing arts facilities – where students’ lives have been, and continue to be, shaped for generations to come.
