The new Nathan Twining Elementary and Middle School at Grand Forks Air Force Base is an approximately 110,000-square-foot facility that will replace the existing school and provide modern learning environments for up to 500 pre-kindergarten through eighth-grade students.
The new school will include 22 classrooms and learning spaces designed to support STEM, fine arts and collaboration. McGough’s team supported the project during early planning with estimating and pre-design value engineering, helping advance a facility that will serve students, families and the broader Grand Forks AFB community for generations.
