McGough’s had previously completed other projects for Cirrus, delivering on par with their expectations of being best-in-class in everything that they do. However, there were challenges in getting there – there was significant soil correction and remediation completed before construction began.
The finished building includes a precast high bay and clear span building structure bays. Additional features include administrative offices, break/ training room, locker/toilets and showers with other supporting spaces such as the sanding bay, wash bay, painting bay, mechanical spaces and loading docks. In addition to other energy-saving features, the facility is entirely outfitted with an LED lighting system—including the lights in the parking lot.
