This ground-up development features a new 105,000 SF pre-engineered metal building on a 38-acre greenfield site. Designed to support advanced manufacturing operations, the facility includes production space, office areas, a large-scale materials testing lab, shipping and receiving, a maintenance shop, and other critical support spaces. Site work included rebalancing over 100,000 cubic yards of soil to prepare for construction. The facility will produce fiberglass composite pole products for utility customers across the region.
