Project Description
New construction of a 524,000 SF facility leveraged as the heart of a nationwide information network for collecting and distributing electronic data and printed materials for Ameriprise planners and clients. The project included a technologically advanced computer center with offices, cafeteria, graphic printing shop and high-bay storage warehouse.
