McGough Construction Celebrates New Raleigh-Durham Operation

McGough, a nationally recognized general contractor in commercial construction, is pleased to announce the opening of its new Raleigh-Durham location. With a dedication to fostering relationships and building a vibrant local community, McGough's expansion marks a significant milestone in the company's commitment to making Raleigh-Durham their Southeastern Headquarters.

Led by a partnering-first approach and mastering complex project execution, McGough received increased client interest in their specialty sector experience including the life sciences, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, lab, high-tech, federal, infrastructure and data center spaces.

With the move, McGough also brings a unique approach to construction, operating as a value-focused partner, rather than serving solely as a delivery agent on their projects. This approach to partnership has created thousands of successful experiences for customers across the nation for more than 65 years. Notable clients who benefitted from this approach include Takeda Pharmaceuticals, SkyWater Technology, Cargill, General Mills, 3M, Land O’ Lakes, and Abbott Laboratories.

Dave Rahe, Vice President of Tech, Life Sciences, and Strategic Growth, will lead the new operation, bringing with him a highly decorated team with local and nationwide construction experience.
