Building #1 at the USD Discovery District is a 50,000-square-foot, two-story multi-tenant facility designed to support innovation and growth. Located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the project marks the first building within the 80-acre corporate and academic research park — the state’s first dedicated innovation community.
The facility offers flexible lab and office space designed to adapt to a wide range of tenant needs. Infrastructure systems are built to support specialized requirements, allowing tenants to customize and scale their environments as their organizations grow.
