This 40,000 SF fast-track interior renovation focused on creating a new combined US Headquarters for Collagen Solutions and TissX manufacturing. The project consisted of a 40,000 SF interior renovation of a 60,000 SF total existing office building. Construction changed the office space into 20,000SF of production/research space, consisting of three ISO 7 modular cleanroom manufacturing spaces, and lab areas for R&D and Quality Control.
The remaining project area consisted of office build-out with modern finishes, warehousing with cold storage, and mechanical support areas. Each area was space-planned and sized for the immediate needs of the combined organization as well as for future growth.
