The 9,357-square-foot Sanford Moorhead Clinic renovation transformed a second-floor shell space into a behavioral health consultation area with 32 private consultation offices, two group rooms and a staff workroom. Designed to support patient comfort and privacy, the space includes adjustable lighting, sound-insulated sliding doors and calming interior finishes, all completed while the clinic remained open and operational.
