Located at the corner of Grand Avenue and Macalester Street, this 117,000-square-foot, five-story residence hall will expand student living while creating a welcoming new home for admissions and financial aid on the first floor. The project includes four levels of residential spaces above, a small basement beneath the east half of the building and geothermal wells to support efficient heating and cooling.
