McGough provided complete preconstruction and construction services for a 17,000-SF warehouse expansion for a Global Manufacturing Organization in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Delivered through a design-build approach, the expansion incorporates new loading docks, office space, chemical storage and freezer rooms to support the organization’s specialized operational and warehousing needs. The project also includes a new parking lot, generator and solar array system, along with infrastructure to accommodate warehouse storage and automation.
