This project consists of a 2-story addition to the existing facility for a new dry room for battery manufacturing. The project includes 8,000 SF of ISO Class 7 Clean room manufacturing, 2,700 SF of dry room support space, and about 8,900 SF of mechanical and electrical room. There was an additional 16,000 SF of remodel work for the expansion of the existing manufacturing space as well as support with common spaces.
