McGough is pleased to welcome Ryan Kane as our new Vice President of Risk Management.
In this role, Ryan will lead the company’s risk management efforts, including insurance and risk planning across the business. He brings over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, having successfully managed corporate insurance programs and a wide range of claims.
At McGough, Ryan will partner with operational leaders and business units to enhance risk strategies that support the company’s continued growth. His leadership will also play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to strengthen project outcomes and maintain margin performance through strategic insurance placement.
Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management from St. Cloud State University and is originally from Rochester, Minnesota.
