As McGough and our projects continue to grow in scale and complexity, we’re excited to share that Trevor Behar has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Digital Operations.
Since joining McGough in 2025 as Vice President of Business Intelligence, Trevor has helped strengthen how data and analytics support teams across our organization. His work has focused on clarifying how information flows across the business and how it can be used more effectively to support decision-making, project planning, and execution.
“Our work in business intelligence has helped clarify how information supports our teams,” Trevor said. “Digital Operations builds on that foundation by aligning both our selection and use of technology around operations and project execution. We will be focusing on how best to help teams move faster, manage complexity, and deliver stronger results for our clients.”
In his new role, Trevor will lead our Digital Operations efforts, ensuring our technology and data capabilities continue to evolve in ways that directly support project teams and the business.
