As part of this continued growth, McGough welcomes Devin Hill as a Project Executive helping lead and support our Montana operations from Helena. Devin brings 28 years of construction industry experience, providing high-level leadership, strategic oversight, and serving as a primary liaison for clients and project teams. His experience spans public, education, office, corrections, retail, multifamily, senior living, and renovation projects, aligning well with the diverse needs of the Montana market.
In the year ahead, Devin is focused on building relationships in Helena and across Montana, increasing awareness of McGough’s capabilities, and listening closely to understand where the company can best support clients and communities. Known as a detail-oriented problem solver with a collaborative, motivational leadership style, Devin brings an approach that aligns naturally with McGough’s people-first culture.
