Meegan Bennett Joins McGough as Business Development Director for the Mountain West Region

McGough is excited to welcome Meegan Bennett as Business Development Director for our Mountain West Region, where she will lead growth efforts and strengthen client partnerships as we build our presence in this rapidly growing market. 

Meegan brings more than a decade of experience driving strategic growth and building strong client relationships across the AEC industry. Her background spans education, interiors, design, and construction, giving her a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the full project lifecycle. Known for her collaborative approach and ability to uncover opportunities, Meegan is passionate about connecting with people and delivering value making her a strong fit to lead our growth in the Mountain West. 

“Working for a general contractor is where I was meant to be – these are my people! My career has helped me understand every aspect of the AEC industry, and the GC side is by far the most rewarding and exciting. I am thrilled to be part of the McGough team and help lead the expansion into the Mountain West Region, a place that is close to my heart,” said Bennett. 

With past leadership roles as Membership Chair for Women in Design and Outreach Chair for the Association for Learning Environments, Meegan brings a strong track record of industry engagement. She is eager to get involved with the NAWIC Montana Chapter and is a Certified Dream Manager, helping professionals pursue personal and career growth. A proud graduate of the University of Montana, she carries forward her deep connection to the region in everything she does.
