Jim’s work will not only enhance the diversity of McGough’s growing workforce but will also play a key role in scaling national programming that strengthens our relationships with diverse suppliers and vendors. His passion for opening doors and creating opportunities aligns perfectly with McGough’s mission to be an industry leader in DEI as we continue to expand across the country.
When asked about his new role, Jim shared, “I’m incredibly excited to join McGough at such an important time in its growth. The opportunity to lead DEI efforts on a national scale and further strengthen the company’s strong foundation of inclusion is deeply meaningful to me. I look forward to making a lasting impact in both our workforce and our expanding network of national partnerships.”
