Tribal Administration Building

This project consists of a new, approximately 35,000 SF Tribal Administration Building for the Chippewa Cree Tribe. The facility will serve as the central hub for tribal governance and administrative functions, housing essential departments such as Finance, Payroll, and general Tribal Administration.

Key program elements include:

  • Executive offices and administrative workspace
  • Tribal council chambers for official meetings and legislative sessions
  • Multiple conference and huddle rooms to support collaboration and staff operations
  • Dedicated food service area to accommodate gatherings and daily staff needs
  • Ample storage and secure records management spaces
  • A sustainable building design that includes a geothermal heating and cooling system, aligning with long-term energy efficiency goals

The building is being designed to support both the functional needs of tribal government and the cultural identity of the Chippewa Cree community, while providing modern infrastructure that supports growth, service delivery, and collaboration.
