The Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation, also known as Three Affiliated Tribes, Emergency Operations Center and Fire Management Facility is a 34,032 SF structural steel and precast commercial building located in North New Town, North Dakota on an approximately 15- acre site. In addition to both Emergency Operations and Fire Management apparatus bays, the building includes training areas, public information office and admin areas, dispatch, and command centers. To meet the nationally recognized FEMA P-361 safe room designation for the internal safe room, additional engineering work was required. The exterior improvements include 200 parking spaces, backup generator, fueling station and break area gazebo.
