The 44 Venue is a 17,500-square-foot events and performing arts center located in Colfax, North Dakota. Developed by the Richland #44 School Foundation, the facility was envisioned to support a wide range of community activities from weddings and fundraisers to performances and student events, while advancing the Foundation’s mission of giving back through scholarships and educational programs.
McGough served as Construction Manager, partnering with the owner and design team from preconstruction through project delivery. Our team provided cost estimating, schedule planning, site coordination, quality management, and on-site execution to support a successful build. The scope included complex sitework, structural systems, and high-finish interior construction to realize the design by Zerr Berg Architects.
