This project was an expansion to clinic space and remodel of the Emergency Department entrance. It consisted of 76,000 SF of new construction for a Medical Office Building that includes Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology, Orthopedics, and Pulmonology. The project included relocation of the helipad to the roof of the Medical Office Building. The Emergency Department remodel entrance and ambulance garage was remodeled and turned early to the owner.
