Parshall Elementary is a two-story addition to the existing High School that includes pre-K through 6th-grade classrooms, special education, and offices for support staff. McGough provided extensive input during conceptual design to assist the Parshall School District with setting the project budget and bid packaging to procure long lead materials. The initial budget set by the owner was more than a year old and did not account for the unprecedented market conditions that we are currently experiencing. Once McGough became a project partner, we were able to assist the District in preparing an overall project budget based on real-time market conditions. This budget was presented to the MHA Nation and allowed more funding to be secured, ensuring the district’s scope and budget were aligned.
