Project Description
This project of Essentia Health Regional Wellness Center (EHRWC) is a collaboration that includes the City of Hermantown, Hermantown School District, State of Minnesota, Duluth Family YMCA, St. Louis County, Yellow Bike Coffee Café and Essentia Health. This multi-story facility will be 72,000 SF and include community wellness spaces (physical therapy, occupational therapy, sports medicine, dietetics, and health education), state-of-the-art aquatics center, modern fitness facilities, multi-court gymnasium, locker rooms, daycare, and spaces for teens and seniors.
