Cargill’s Animal Nutrition and Health & Technologies businesses needed a new space to continue some of the world’s most crucial research – driving animal nutrition that supports feeding the globe. To do that, they wanted to create a state of the art 40,000 SF lab building that supports that mission.
The building, located in Elk River, MN, was constructed of precast concrete, structural steel, steel studs, metal panel, aluminum storefront/curtain wall and steel roof structure. The building features quality finishes and included built-in lab casework and equipment. The project also included demolition of the existing facility upon completion of the new construction and all related site work.
