A leader in healthcare and global medicine, Bayer was in need of upgrading some of their manufacturing and office space several years ago.
As an expert in understanding delicate projects that require exacting expertise – we partnered with Bayer to deliver them a new 25,000 SF facility that included improved cleanroom and lab spaces, upgraded manufacturing area and office space to house support services in the building.
The project also included the purchase and installation of specialty equipment, utility infrastructure and mechanical upgrades
