McGough partnered with Aveda to deliver two concurrent projects within their 150,000 SF production facility in Blaine, Minnesota—both completed without disrupting ongoing operations. The Compounding Expansion included structural and mechanical upgrades and the installation of new product compounding tanks, requiring precise phasing and selective wall removal for equipment integration.
Simultaneously, the CSAR (Chinese clean manufacturing standard) compliance project modernized systems and processes to meet international manufacturing requirements. Through close coordination and a focus on schedule and budget optimization, both projects were completed successfully while maintaining full production capabilities.
