Virginia Cosgriff

As the Operational Excellence Deployment Leader, Virginia’s role is to coach, guide, and partner organizational leaders and teams to create an Operational Excellence culture using LEAN methods, strategy and business planning, process improvements, and standard work. Throughout her career, she has progressed from coaching frontline teams to coaching senior leaders and guiding organizations through their operational excellence journey. Virginia is incredibly knowledgeable in her field of expertise as she is a certified LCI-CPC subject-matter expert and has received a Shingo Rising Award from the Shingo Institute in May 2023. Virginia is a graduate of Montana State University with MS and BS  degrees in Industrial Engineering. She is a former member of Women in Engineering at Montana State University where she organized the first state-wide robotics tournament and currently participates in the local Minnesota LCI Community of Practice and the National Lean Construction Institute.
