Joy joined McGough in 2013 as project executive and now leads our design and preconstruction teams for McGough Development and oversees Multi Family and Fine Arts and Cultural projects for the organization. With a background in structural engineering and a strong focus on preconstruction management, she ensures projects start on solid ground. Joy has a passion for bringing community focused projects to life and has experience from a variety of clients in higher education, public, corporate, and retail market segments. She earned her BS in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota and her MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Joy is also a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction.
