Josh Schaefer

Josh started with McGough in 2009 continuing a career in construction that began more than 25 years ago. Beginning his work as a carpenter, Josh now oversees McGough field staff on project execution as well as process improvement and Lean implementation. His expertise in field management and complex construction projects is invaluable to McGough improving many of our current operations standards, ensuring quality not just in Minnesota, but all of our regional offices. Josh is also active in fostering relationships for McGough in the Rochester, MN area while also serving as a volunteer firefighter in his hometown community of Wanamingo, MN since 2007.
