As General Manager and National Practice Lead for McGough’s Industrial group, Jesse provides strategic and operational leadership across the company’s industrial markets, with responsibility for market strategy, business development, team development, operational excellence, and project execution. Jesse began his career in the field performing millwright and industrial maintenance work in large process plants, giving him a hands-on foundation that continues to shape his approach to leadership and project delivery. His experience spans a broad range of complex markets, including power generation, combined heat and power, campus and district energy, industrial process, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences.
Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
