As Vice President of Regional Operations, Brandon Van Zeeland supports McGough’s regional teams in operating at a high level while advancing the company’s regional expansion strategy. In this role, he focuses on driving operational excellence and scaling consistent delivery standards across markets.
Brandon entered the construction industry in 2013 and has spent the past eight years with McGough. His experience includes leading production planning, productivity, and scheduling efforts on major McGough projects, including the RBC Gateway project. He later transitioned into McGough’s Service Center, where he helped expand the company’s operational capabilities by leading the creation of Six Side Supply, McGough’s captive procurement company, and supporting the launch of the company’s metal fabrication shop.
Known for his innovative mindset and analytical approach, Brandon excels at identifying opportunities and developing practical strategies to operationalize them. He is recognized for simplifying complex systems into clear, repeatable standards and for fostering a positive, engaging team environment that helps teams perform at their best.
