As Vice President leading McGough’s Texas Operations, Jon Holmen oversees the growth and strategic direction of the region, supporting teams, strengthening partnerships, and delivering projects that reflect McGough’s commitment to excellence. With 26 years of experience spanning healthcare, industrial, community, higher education, and development work across both Texas and the Midwest, he brings a deep understanding of regional markets and a strong focus on value creation and continuous improvement.
Jon is dedicated to building high-trust, collaborative teams where people feel supported, heard, and proud of the work they accomplish together. His leadership is grounded in McGough’s Core Values—Team Focus, Craftsmanship, Integrity, Trust, Safety, and Lasting Relationship—which guide how the organization shows up for its partners and for one another across Texas.
He holds a B.S. in Construction Management with a minor in Applied Psychology from South Dakota State University, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School.
