Since 2015, McGough has helped Grand Forks grow – as a Construction Manager, we’ve worked on major projects for local universities and schools, government, and much more. With deep ties to local businesses and subcontractors plus employees who live here, McGough formally opened a Grand Forks office in 2025 to put down deeper roots. We are excited to continue our long tradition as a construction partner for local institutions, businesses and industries for decades to come!

Our North Dakota offices are led by Spencer Hilde, a 15-year construction and engineering veteran with deep ties and experience in North Dakota. He helps carry forward McGough’s long and successful tradition supporting the businesses and industries of the state.
