We’re pleased to share that Dan Schuette has been promoted to Vice President of Project Development.
Since joining McGough, Dan has played a pivotal role in expanding our presence in new industrial market sectors, particularly in power generation, where his technical expertise and strategic connections have been instrumental. In early 2025, his collaboration contributed to nearly $600 million in new power and energy projects. Dan’s efforts have both elevated our teams’ processes and approach to the EPC delivery model, and solidified McGough brand recognition in highly exclusive markets.
In his new role, Dan will continue to focus on growth and building trusted relationships across the industry. His ability to guide teams and spot new opportunities has been a hallmark of his success. These abilities will be essential as McGough continues to grow and evolve.
