Derek joined McGough in 2015 with more than 15 years of experience managing large, complex projects across the country. Since then, he has played a key role in leading some of the company’s largest project teams on complex and landmark projects, consistently driving operational excellence, collaboration, and client satisfaction. Known for his ability to grow high-performing teams, build strong relationships, and deliver successful outcomes, Derek has earned recognition as a trusted leader within McGough and across the industry.
In his new role as Vice President of National Operations, Derek will focus on advancing operational strategies, strengthening team structures, and supporting the successful delivery of large-scale projects nationwide. His leadership will be central to shaping the future of McGough’s national operations while ensuring our teams continue to deliver with innovation, collaboration, and client-focused excellence.
