This Assisted Senior Living facility consists of a combination of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and memory care apartments—46 units in total. The facility is stick-frame construction, utilizing prefabricated wall panels. During the pre-construction phase of this project, we worked closely with the owner and design team to provide value engineering services to get the project within budget. Specifically for this project, the mechanical and electrical systems were designed and installed utilizing the design-build delivery method.
