Project Description

New construction of a 33,000 SF 21-unit senior living home that supports independent living for those 55 and older. Built on a church campus near downtown Minneapolis, the facility provides convenient access to spiritual and social facilities within the church compound, creating a holistic wellness environment. Features of the secured building include underground heated parking, a library, a community room and an exercise room.
