Development | American Trio Lofts

Project Description

After its previous service as a working commercial structure, American Trio assumes its fnal and highest-use as condominium loft homes with high ceilings, large columns fully integrated into living spaces, and massive windows that ofer views of the Minneapolis downtown skyline. The concrete-frame building was renovated into 90 medium-price loft condo units. The exterior was tuck-pointed, new windows were installed, and a completely new infrastructure, including total mechanical and electrical systems, was installed. A small parking ramp was also added to the back facade.
