Roman Buckner

Roman is responsible for overseeing operations of McGough’s Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas office. He joined McGough in 2018 and has over 21 years in the construction industry. Roman came on board as a Project Executive and has worked on a variety of project types with a focus on healthcare, high-rise, and k-12 and higher education. His core strengths include project management, budget development, scheduling, management of teams, transition planning and owner representation. This experience provides him with a well-rounded knowledge that is vital to regional operations. Roman is passionate about finding solutions to the complex challenges of the built environment. He believes in building “smart” to serve the needs of the day while preserving opportunities for the future. Roman earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
