The Liberty Packaging Project is a development and construction of approximately 98,000 sf of warehouse addition and sitework to their existing warehouse facility in Fort Worth, TX with an 80,000-sf addition shortly after. The Phase I project consist of the south addition with approximately 40,000 square feet of warehouse with a new loading dock area, demolition of south existing building and relocation of power. It also includes sitework located south and east of the existing facility with a new 50 plus trailer surface lot. The second phase would include an east addition with approximately 80,000 square feet of warehouse, a new loading dock area and interior updates to the existing warehouse space.
