The City of Grand Marais stands as one of the oldest colonies in Minnesota. So when they decided to give their public works facility a facelift with a brand new 16,000 SF facility to serve the municipality – they knew just who to call.
Working directly with the city – we delivered them a refreshed, welcome change to their public works team. The new facility, spanning more than 3.5 acres now includes a brand-new repair shop, parts storage and expanded vehicle storage. Administrative offices round out the facility with a dedicated training room and staff locker room.
in keeping with the city’s values, they also incorporate energy-efficient systems, utilizing renewable energy options where available.
