The project consisted of new construction of a 186-bed facility with an indoor recreation area, food service/kitchen area, laundry, administration space, and classrooms. The utility coordinators run behind the cells for the safety and convenience of maintenance workers. The facility has over 200 security cameras and includes 12 cells are outfitted for disabled inmates.
