Marie Zellman has been with McGough Construction since 2016. She has held various positions within the company, including Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner and Senior TA Specialist, before being promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. With her background in recruiting across multiple industries such as healthcare, retail/beauty, and non-profit she brings a wealth of experience to her role. She has great respect for the construction industry and is dedicated to making DEI strides within it. Marie is also responsible for overseeing McGough’s Talent Acquisition team, where she leads by example and with respect, grace, and humility.
Marie attended Luther College and majored in Communication, which helps her in making successful connections to fill McGough’s career opportunities.
